Shipping and Refund Policy

SHIPPING INFORMATION
  • For all consignments, an additional 2% will be charged as Packing and Shipping fees.
  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days, with delivery expected between 6-7 days.
  • A tracking link will be emailed once your order is dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking details to be updated.
  • If the delivery location is difficult to access, additional time may be required. We may contact you via email or phone to confirm delivery details.
  • Reputable courier services "DTDC" or "BlueDart" are used. However, SplashesByAnu is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or other factors beyond our control. We will strive to ensure timely delivery as outlined in your order confirmation.
  • In rare cases where delivery is not possible due to external factors like adequate courier services or force majeure events, you will be notified, and your order will be canceled with a full refund.
RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND REPLACEMENTS

Damaged Products

  • If you receive a damaged item, please email us at info@splashesbyanu.com within 12 hours of receiving the order, along with images of the demaged product and an unboxing video showing the package in its original state. We will process a replacement based on your preference as soon as possible.
  • Replacements are typically processed within 10-15 business days from the date of approval.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Conditions for Returns/Refunds

  • Custom-made products are non-refundable and non-refundable unless damaged.
  • Amount once received will not be refunded.
  • In case of damage product Quality, informed within stipulated period of time. We will only replace the item (same or equivalent).

Replacement Process

  • To initiate a refund email to info@splashesbyanu.com with your order ID.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs. If a replacement is issued, the shipping fee will be paid by us only.
  • Delivery times for exchanged products may vary based on your location.
CANCELLATION POLICY
  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.
  • For unshipped orders, cancellations may be requested unless the order is a pre-order item.
